Interest MEeting

Calling all ages 11-18

WU-TOO (Women Unifying  to Overcome Odds) is having an interest meeting for teenage girls ages 13-18 in the Metro Atlanta area.

The meeting will take place Saturday, May 18, 2024 from 1:30pm -4:00pm. It is imperative that potential members and parents make it on time.

WU-TOO is an organization that is dedicated to the development and support of young women primarily in the DeKalb and Fulton area. We offer mentorship meetings, community service opportunities, tutoring, academic support, outings and more. Our organization is open to girls of any background, race, creed or otherwise but it may be important to note that our staff is primarily black and has mostly served girls from minority backgrounds.  We look forward to seeing you all in person and supporting your daughters on their journeys to growth!

WU-TOO

Women Unifying to Overcome Odds, Inc. is a Georgia nonprofit corporation founded in 2018. The organization’s staff will serve the needs of this population regardless of  race, creed, sex, national origin, age, disability, gender identity, religion, political beliefs or sexual orientation.

The Organization has four main focuses:

(A) Educational and Mentorship support

(B) Financial Empowerment

(C) Life Skills and Social Etiquette

(D) STEM –related career development
